Orchestra's String Soirée and Handel's Ice Cream Event
February 20, 2023 Come out and enjoy an evening of music and ice cream with our talented orchestra students this Thursday, February 23rd. The concert is at 7:00pm, followed by an ice cream social at Handel's Homemade Ice Cream in Morrisville. Handel's is hosting a Spirit Evening in support of GH's Orchestra Program. Don't miss it! WCPSS Orchestra Festival
A couple days ago several of our Orchestra students participated in the Wake Country PSS Orchestra Festival at Meredith College. Middle and high school strings students from schools around the county took part in an ensemble event, which included working with a clinician and performing a concert that evening. What a fabulous representation of the musical talent in our communities! Mark your calendars for this fabulous fall performance from our talented Theatre Students. It's going to be a hit! Come watch as Don reminisces about his family surviving the corniest road trip ever while deciding a resting place for his dad. Watch the family encounter crazy characters and places during their journey through Iowa on October 20, 21 and/or 22 at Green Hope High School's theatre, 7pm. This production is rated G. Online tickets go on sale October 5 (Online tickets close 24 hrs before each production). Tickets - Online: Students-$8, General- $10 and At the door: Student $10 and General $15.
