On the evenings of December 1st and 2nd, the Green Hope High School Choral Department and Drama Classes hosted a royal banquet of Renaissance England in the school's Commons Area. The fare included a full-course dinner followed by a program of singing and theatre entertaining over 300 people over the two nights. Choral Director, Maggie Walpole, once again coordinated this third bi-annual Dinner.

The program began at 6:00 PM with the entrance of His Royal Highness, King Joshua David III (J.D. Loftis), and Her Majesty, Queen Anna Catherine (Anna Yeargan), leading the traditional procession of the boar's head. Processional fanfare accompanied each course of the Madrigal feast. The cast of student performers, dressed in Elizabethan costume, provided song and theatrics during the feasting and dancing. This year new, elaborate settings were created by the Drama Classes under the direction of Duchess Ingrid of Wright.

The Art Club sold holiday ornaments and the Orchestra Chamber Group played throughout the evening.
