Here's the application for the 2013 Fine Arts Scholarships! Forms can also be found in Student Services.

It's time again for Green Hope's annual Fine Arts Scholarships to be given out! These are $1000 scholarships given to students who lead in, show enthusiasm for and have been heavily involved in any of the Fine Arts areas: Dance, Drama, Chorus, Orchestra or Visual Arts. 

Last year's winners were: Annie Carew and Rob O'Connor

An application for this year's scholarships will be posted shortly.

The Green Hope High School Performing Arts Department will present their 2013
Spring Musical "Into the Woods" March 14 - 16, 2013.

Show times are March 14, 15 at 7:30 pm, and March 16 at 2:00 pm & 7:30 pm in
Green Hope High School Auditorium, 2500 Carpenter Upchurch Rd  Cary, NC 27519.

Congratulations to Katie Pitt, her dance piece placed 1st in Wake County!  
It has been selected to represent Wake County PTA at the district level of competition!

Also congratulations to Prashanth Iyer his music piece placed 3rd in Wake County!

]We will be holding a Celebration/Awards Program on January 28th at 7pm in the GHHS Media Center to celebrate everyone that entered the GHHS Competition
Dr Hedrick will be our special guest and will be handing out the awards.

Neil Simon's "RUMORS" went onstage this past weekend, bringing laughter and intrigue into the auditorium. Well done and congratulations to all involved!

Deadline for entries:  Monday October 29, 2012 - Drop off in the front office.

NOTE: When you are completing your Entry Form the Artist Statement is VERY important, please take time on your statement. You can attach your statement on another paper.

Auditions for Neil Simon's "Rumors" will be Wednesday, September 5th from 2:30-4:30 in the GHHS auditorium! Please prepare for the auditions a 60 second comical monologue from a contemporary play, or be prepared to tell a 60-second funny story. Call backs for the show will be Thursday, September 6th.
